Level One (Shoden)
Shoden Course Overview:
8+ hours – 2 day workshop plus follow up
In this foundational course, you will learn about the history of Reiki and the Komyo Reiki Kai lineage. You will receive four Reiki attunements (Reiju) that will enable you to become a channel for Reiki energy. In Level One, the focus is on giving Reiki to oneself. This course includes a guided meditation and ways to incorporate Reiki into your daily life. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate and will be eligible for CRA membership.

Level Two (Chuden)
Chuden Course Overview:
8+ hours – 2 day workshop plus follow up
In this course, you will learn about the first three symbols (Shirushi) of Komyo Reiki Kai. You will receive four Reiki attunements (Reiju) and time will be given to practice each Shirushi accordingly. This course also includes instruction in traditional Japanese techniques as well as review of the Reiki Principles. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate and be eligible for CRA membership.

Level Three (Okuden)
Okuden Course Overview:
8+ hours – 2 day workshop plus follow up
This course takes a deeper look into the practice of Reiki. Here you will learn how to look at your practice within the larger perspective. You will be given the fourth symbol (Shirushi) of Komyo Reiki Kai and taught how to use it. Along with two Reiki attunements (Reiju) given, time will be given for meditation upon the Shirushi. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate and be eligible for CRA membership.
**Prerequisites: Level Two of any lineage
Level Four (Shinpiden)—Teacher Training
Shinpiden Course Overview:
20+ hours – 2 day workshop plus practicum
This teacher training course is about learning how to become a Reiki Teacher/Master. Detailed instruction on how to give Reiki attunements (Reiju), how to be an effective teacher, and how to set up your practice will be given. Included in the workshop will be a thorough review of previous coursework. Upon completion of the course, you will be required to take part as a student teacher in one Shoden Course, one Chuden Course, and one Okuden Course under my guidance as the main instructor before earning the title of Teacher/Master. When all has been completed you will receive a certificate and all the necessary instruction on how to become CRA certified.
