Hun Yuan Training:

First we train the basic posture, then we correct and refine the basic posture.

Second we learn the internal pathways within the body, then these movements are co-ordinated with the external movements.

Third we learn the movements of Dan Tian.

Eventually we fuse the movements of the external posture, internal pathways, and Dan Tian as one. Once these are properly unified, the whole body becomes one.

Hun Yuan Mechanics

The body has six forms, chicken leg, dragon body, bear shoulder, eagle
grasp, tiger stare, thunder voice. Hun Yuan Boxing uses these six body methods and harmonizes them into one body.

Then there are three internal harmonies, heart and intent, intent and Qi, Qi and strength.

Externally there are three harmonies, hand and foot, elbow and knee, shoulder and hip.

These are called the six harmonies.
