By addressing all areas, we can begin to take responsibility for our own lives and learn to exist harmoniously within our environment. Here in Toronto, we offer Reiki classes and treatments, meditation classes, and Qi Gong, Tai Chi and Kung Fu classes.

Preventative techniques ensure healthy living as we continue to age. By setting up regimens that are consistent as well as practical we can learn to enjoy our daily routines as opposed to dreading them.
