Here is an idea I have been tossing around in my head for some time now.
QiBelly Happy Hour – Meditation for the People
The concept is basic. I am designing a simple meditation class. Guided meditation as well as silent meditation. Seated, standing, lying down – your choice. As long as certain postural concepts are maintained, positioning is up to you. The beauty of this class is in its accessibility. Basic techniques that promote relaxation and balance.
The guided meditation will run for 30 minutes. From there, participants will continue to practice silently as I will be busy giving personal Reiki treatments to those interested in receiving one.
Every Tuesday from 7:15-8:15pm following our Qi Gong & Tai Chi class.
