My Big Fat Burrito Package of Love

For the last couple of weeks, I have noticed many of us going through similar challenges. I hear it come up in my sessions. I feel it in my personal practice. Clinging to pain, rehearsing the past, and uncomfortable as to where it’s all going. The process we are experiencing is much bigger than us, but it involves each of us in our own personal way. It’s a time for letting go of the past and embracing the unknown. Knowing what we want is important. Don’t let the pain or fear speak for you in these times.

Welcome back to Camp QiBelly. For this round, here are the headlines (scroll down for more details):

– New schedule shift with Happy Hour (it had to be done, apologies in advance).
– Season 2 of Group Stupid Radio launches this week (holy f¥#%!!).
– As well, did you know I am now offering sword training in my Tai Chi classes?
– And then there is the Reiki – continuing to blow my mind.

Happy Hour: Better than Drugs

Looking for stress relief? Netflix not cutting it? Tired of the fluffy hippy shit? Come check out Happy Hour. We got some bang for your buck.

That being said, I am cutting back Happy Hour to running once a week on Tuesdays only. Same time – 7:30-8:30pm. No more Thursday evening classes. Thursday numbers weren’t there and I’ve got mouths to feed. Hope you can understand.

And here is a choice testimonial for shits and giggles:

‘After I left Happy Hour, I felt like I smoked 15 joints. I was so relaxed I basically melted into a puddle on my couch when I got home and didn’t move for 40 minutes.’  ~V.R.

Super Sexy Podcasting

GSR – Season 2 launches this week!!
WARNING!! These new episodes are HIGHLY ADDICTIVE. Let the revolution begin!! Group Stupid Radio.

Tai Chi Sword

Yes, it’s on. For those of you keen, there a few prerequisites (of course there are), but we are doing it. Saturday group classes as well as private training are now officially offered. Meat head Bruce Lee enthusiasts need not apply.

Reiki

And last but not least, the Reiki. Day after day, year after year, this practice continues to blow my mind. Keeping in mind that it’s no cake walk, I’m fascinated with what has been happening, along with all the potential being presented. The Reiki classes have been such a game changer in the sense that they are really reshaping my business. Personal, intimate, straight into it. This isn’t your typical weekend workshop. For those of you keen on something profound, give me a bell.

Steady like the river rose,

Thank you – QB
