Join us for a peaceful Zen Meditation. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner looking to find community, this class offers balance, peace of mind, and improved vitality.

Learn how to gain insight and perspective through the art of observational non-judgement.

This is a guided meditation class, but that is not all. Halfway through, we break with QiGong breathing. Then for the last half of the meditation, everyone is personally given a couple minutes of Reiki. Smooth mind/body refreshment, aka, Happy Hour.
