It’s like a switch. The experience requires all of your faculties. All hands have to be on deck so to speak. But this is not as easy as it may sound. Our access to the different rooms in our castle is limited. The more we practice, the more doors open.
Habitual modes of operation have to be seen and then broken. Not in the violent sense, just in terms of creating better ones.
The unknown can be a scary place. It can also be rather exciting.
When we are fully conscious, we are everything. Even the smallest bits are accounted for. No more compartments. Just rich and colourful experience. More and more. And at the same time, less and less.
This is how I see my practice. Call it Reiki, call it Kung Fu, it does not matter to me.
