Puppy Dogs & Ice Cream is a phrase I like to throw around from time to time. I use it mostly when I am introducing people to their practice. For those of you interested in feeling good and not feeling bad, watch this vid. For those of you in need of immediate gratification, take note. For those of you whom are impatient and panic when your practice doesn’t give you what you want, try and relax. Hopefully this rant will put your mind at ease.

As well, the start-up Danforth Tai Chi classes are being resurrected. We are going to give this another try.
Classes begin Monday October 6th at 6pm. Every Monday.
