Then it's recommended that you book an initial consultation.
Tea will be served while your individual goals, circumstances and expectations are discussed. You will then be given take home exercises at the end of the session.
QiBelly sessions are held in Parkdale, downtown Toronto.Virtual sessions are also available upon request.
