Did you even know we have Online QiGong classes? 30-minute afternoon “coffee-break” sessions 3 times per week.

They are surprisingly enjoyable. Not only do you find yourself feeling better afterwards, you also begin building strong foundation in the process.

It’s for beginner and advanced students:Many of my Tai Chi students who are introduced to our Hun Yuan 8 Form forget to practice their QiGong basics.Yet it is with these basic fundamentals that we learn how to open to the body. 

The more I train, the more I realize it’s all about the basics. To this day, I mostly just practice my basics. Fancy forms and book reading don’t add up to much, compared with those that consistently practice their basics.
